I primarily communicated with Sandra thru email and she was always so polite, helpful, and quick to respond. When I arrived, I asked if there was any way we could get into the Majestic room to start decorating and she made that happen. I was introduced to Lauren that day and she was always checking on us and seeing what she could do to accommodate and help. The support shown from both of them made me relax and I felt right at home. I tell everyone that the Palms of Destin made everything easy and there wasn’t one thing I would change. I don’t think many brides can say that! Not only is your service excellent but your resort is amazing. Our guests loved their condos and the pool was everyone’s favorite. Honestly, I could continue to brag and rave about our experience and your staff. However, I will end by saying thank you for making my wedding perfect. “I just wanted to send a quick note, thanking you and the rest of your staff for everything you guys have done! Our wedding reception was amazing!!! We arrived on Friday night and was able to get everything set up without having to stress over it the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. Thanks for letting everyone come in and set up and having all the candles in my center pieces lit before we arrived! The setting of the room was intimate and the lighting set the mood! Lauren and the rest of the staff working our reception were awesome! They were professional and attentive! Joe and I had everything brought to us and everyone was impressed with the menu! “Sandra very professionally put together with us a plan in January and every promise was fulfilled or exceeded. By setting up the ballroom on Friday (thanks to Sandra), it allowed us to decorate almost completely for Saturday’s reception. Lauren and Robin are very personable and efficient facilitators. Chef Wayne wowed all of our guests with a delectable dinner that even surpassed out tasting which we felt was exceptional!
